DELIVERY

  • Shipping times vary for bespoke orders. These will be advised accordingly.
  • Orders are usually received within or before the estimated times however pleased be aware that delivery times shown are approximate in accordance to estimated times provided by Royal Mail and selected couriers.
  • UK Orders – Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Special Delivery does not guarantee delivery on Bank Holidays.
  • In most cases, a signature will be required on receipt of your order.
  • International Orders – Transactions are carried out in sterling and you will be charged in sterling which means the amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate at the time your order is processed. Orders may be subject to local taxes & import charges in certain countries which must be borne by you. Lotus Blue cannot predict what these charges may be and recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
  • International Orders – Not all countries participate in the ‘International Tracked and Signed’ service. Please check what applies to you as Lotus Blue is not responsible for postage variations in each country.

 

RETURNS

We hope you will immediately fall in love with your Lotus Blue jewellery. However should you wish to return it, we will offer a full refund or exchange provided it is unworn and in fully resaleable condition.  Jewellery may be returned unworn and in its original state, in the original undamaged packaging within 14 days of purchase, except for custom/bespoke orders, earrings and hair accessories due to hygiene reasons. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

 

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

1. Email info@lotusblue.co.uk quoting the order reference and reason for return within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

2. We will reply to you with return instructions and return address.

3. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.

4. Upon receipt of your return we will send you a confirmation e-mail acknowledgment.

5. We will provide replacement or refund where applicable.

 

Please note

  • All postage costs are non-refundable and unfortunately we do not offer pre-paid returns.
  • We strongly recommend you return parcels back to us using a recorded trackable service. Any items with no tracking that do not reach us are not the responsibility of Lotus Blue.
