Delivery & Returns


All purchases are delivered using tracked services requiring a signature upon receipt.

The timeframes below should be used as a guide and no guarantees can be made on delivery times. Should you have specific requirements outside of these guidelines please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Prices shown are standard charges and from time to time these may differ, such as during a promotion period. All delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

We hope you will immediately fall in love with your Lotus Blue jewellery. However, should you wish to return it, we will offer a full refund or exchange provided it is unworn and in fully resaleable condition.

Jewellery may be returned unworn and in its original state, in the original undamaged packaging within 14 days of receipt, except for jewellery made to your specifications; or earrings and hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

> Email quoting the order reference and reason for return within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
> We will reply to you with return instructions and return address.
> Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
> Upon receipt of your return we will send you a confirmation e-mail acknowledgement.
> We will provide replacement or refund where applicable.

Please note:
All postage costs are non-refundable and unfortunately, we do not offer pre-paid returns.
We strongly recommend you return parcels back to us using a recorded trackable service. Any items with no tracking that do not reach us are not the responsibility of Lotus Blue.
